Your order will be processed after payment has been confirmed. You will receive the ordered goods within ten working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).

Your goods will be delivered by our delivery partner, POS Malaysia or JT Express, to the Shipping Address you provided during the order process.

Delivery is limited to locations within Malaysia only (excluding PO boxes).

If we are unable to accept your order for any reasons, we will notify you using the telephone number and/or email address you provided within four (4) working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after receiving your order.
